Our Story

Dan Dantuma is a real estate professional with over a decade of hands-on experience in property management, renovation, and investment. He began by revitalizing bank-owned buildings in Chicago’s Humboldt Park—often through receivership—and has since led major projects across South Shore, Lawndale, and Washington Park, including tax credit rehabs and government-subsidized housing. From managing a multi-million dollar city grant program for SRO hotel renovations to flipping properties for a client featured on Flip This House (Las Vegas), Dan is known for integrity, precision, and results—bringing full-cycle expertise and a commitment to creating lasting value through smart, responsible real estate.

Meet Our CEO

Daniel R. Dantuma — known simply as Dan — comes from a long line of real estate professionals, so you could say the industry is in his DNA. Over the course of his career, he’s built a diverse portfolio spanning mortgage finance, real estate sales, investing, and construction/rehab projects.

Dan has never relied on flashy marketing — or any marketing for that matter. His business has grown purely through reputation and referrals — the byproduct of being detail-oriented, trustworthy, communicative, and fast. He’s built a strong, loyal team made up of seasoned experts from all walks of life. Together, they’ve developed a rhythm that gets things done seamlessly and efficiently.

Outside of work, Dan is the proud father of a son and devoted dog dad to Lucca, his spirited Morkie who struts the streets of Chicago unleashed, looking to put a smile on the face of everyone he passes. Dan is also a Master Boat Captain and can often be found on Chicago’s lakefront, soaking in the city skyline from the water.
